The Retiree Health Account allows employees to save money for retirement while they're employed. This account will pay for health care expenses for employees and their eligible dependents during retirement. Money used from this account after retirement is tax free.
The account works like this:

- Employees can use their account for their medical expenses, which may include premiums, once they retire.
- Typically, the account balance can roll over each year.
